What the LDF does NOT include :
1) No reference to the Government’s Transport Emissions policy which is committed to reducing emissions by 40% by 2050.
2) The LDF does NOT provide any concrete evidence that there is a need for additional housing in Sholden.
3) The draft South East Plan—March 2006—proposed 6100 new homes for the Dover District which on review in 2007 was increased to 8100 new properties with the recommendation that the majority be located within
